Compensation: $28.00 - $40.00 / hour (Base hourly + Flat-rate production bonuses, depending on experience)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated B-Level Automotive Technician to join our service team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in mechanical diagnostics and repair, a great work ethic, and the drive to maximize their earning potential through our competitive hybrid pay structure.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive vehicle inspections and accurately diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability issues.
- Execute high-quality repairs and maintenance on a wide variety of domestic and import makes and models (brakes, suspension, steering, HVAC, engine performance, etc.).
- Clearly document findings and repair recommendations for the service team.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Ensure all repairs are completed efficiently and to the highest safety standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience as an automotive technician (B-Level competency required).
- Tools: Must possess a complete set of personal hand tools and diagnostic equipment appropriate for a B-level role.
- Skills: Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair capabilities across various vehicle types.
- Certifications: ASE certifications are a strong plus, but equivalent hands-on experience is highly valued.
- License: Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Attributes: Reliable, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player.
